Firstly, 22 quad style units consists of a cluster of four bedrooms that open into a common kitchen, dining room and living area. 1+ bathrooms are also shared by all four residents in the quads. Second, Monashee also offers 76 single studio suites. Each studio contains a private room containing a living area/bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Third, Monashee offers eighteen one bedroom apartments with double occupancy. There are larger units with a separate bedroom, bathroom and a generous living area, full kitchen and dining area. There is also a separate kitchen table with chairs.
