The Britain Institute School of Esthetics and Electrolysis focuses on providing its students the necessary skills they need for a wide range of career options in the beauty industry with experienced teaching staff. The Britain Institute is recognized as a Private Career College under the Private Career College Act. Both part time and full time programs through day and evening classes are offered to suit different routines. Students receive a diploma recognized by the Ontario Ministry of Education followed by job placement assistance on completion of their programs.
The Britain Institute offers Esthetics and Electrolysis courses teaching Electrolysis, Seminars/Visiting Lectures, Manicure/Pedicure, Artificial Nails, Waxing, Facial Skin Treatments, Eyelash Tint/Eyebrow Tint, Spa Body Treatments, Cellulite/Body Polishing Treatments, EMS, Aromatherapy, Swedish Massage, Make-Up, Skin Rejuvenation/Acne Treatment, Microdermabrasion and Laser Hair Removal.
Students are introduced to lucrative career choices that include the positions of Esthetician/Electrologist in a Salon, Electrologist in a Dermatology clinic, beauty therapist in a fitness center, cruise ship or resort technicians, beauty consultant in a department store, skin care technicians in a salon or clinic. Students also develop enough skills and knowledge to run their own salon or spa business. Full-Time and part-time Programs of varying durations are offered in Esthetics and Electrolysis, Manicure/Pedicure/Nails/Waxing and skin care. Courses start every month.
