Usually, the course providing basic cooking skills is for around a year. However, if you want to update any specific culinary skills of yours, you can easily attend a shorter course.
The Cascade Culinary Art School has a live kitchen. Training is provided from there to create a real-life atmosphere for the students who aspire to become professional cooks.
