Master's College & Seminary was founded in 1925 and is currently based in the province of Ontario. It is accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation and the Association of Biblical Higher Education. The institute offers programs in Pentecostal biblical training as well as seminary courses, which are available in different languages. The institute provides its students with a unique mentoring program which includes mentoring pastors and churches. These different units work together to form a network in which the student learns about ministry skills and gains valuable experience. The mentoring system equips the student for a life in the church.

Master's College & Seminary currently offers undergraduate degrees in religious education, theology and theology completion. Christian ministry certificate courses as well as a ministerial diploma program are available. The institute also offers seminary programs which include a master of divinity program and a course in Master of Theological Studies in Pentecostal Studies.

Spiritual life at Master's College & Seminary includes chapel and prayer meetings. Special spiritual emphasis programs are held regularly to help students connect with God. Small groups are also set up in association with local pastors to help students deal with issues dealing with spirituality and life matters. The institute is currently in the process of forming a Students Mission Fellowship. The institute also has a robust sports division which has competitive volleyball teams for both men and women and a volleyball tournament is held annually.
