Vincennes University is the oldest university in the state of Indiana. Established in 1801, it is one of the two colleges in the United States to have the distinction of being founded by an American President. The university is accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools and caters to the academic needs of over 4000 students. It is the only university in the country to offer a program in Bowling Management and Technology. This two year course is approved by the American Bar Association and the university itself is a member of the American Association for Paralegal Education.
