Profile of MBA Program - University of New Brunswick-Fredericton

The University of New Brunswick's Faculty of Administration at Fredericton offers comprehensive and innovative educational opportunities emphasizing critical thinking, communication skills, financial and market literacy, and the importance of technology in the corporate world.

Programs provided by the Faculty includes the flexible Bachelor of Business Administration with options to concentrate, major, or honour in Accounting, Economics and Finance, Finance, and Human Resource Management, the Master of Business Administration (MBA), which has 'a general management orientation' base but which does offer many learning opportunities in the areas of E-business, International Business, and Sport and Recreation Management (offered in conjunction with the University of New Brunswick Faculty of Kinesiology), and the MBA/Law joint degree. The Faculty also provides international education opportunities in the form of Bachelor of Business Administration programs in Trinidad and Tobago, in partnership with RBTT-ROYTEC, and in Cairo, Egypt, in conjunction with the Sadat Academy of Management Science (SAMS). An international MBA (IMBA) degree is offered at Kiev in cooperation with the International Institute of Business.

The Faculty of Administration at the University of New Brunswick-Fredericton is also home to many unique learning opportunities for students enabling them to apply in the real world what they have learned in the classroom. Such opportunities include domestic and global cooperative education and internships, the Export Market Entry course that brings students and corporations 'together to collaborate on potential business projects,' and the MBA Consulting Group a program created and implemented by MBA students to 'provide their consulting services to local businesses.'
