Atlantic Flight Attendant Academy offers a 12 Week Flight Attendant & French Immersion Program. The director of the school is Cynthia Sullivan who has more than two decades of experience in the airline industry. She has extensive experience in training flight attendants during her career working for Air Atlantic, Kelowna Flightcraft and Air 21 in California.
Students who wish to take up the program offered by Atlantic Flight Attendant Academy have to be a minimum of 18 years of age, have a high school diploma or its equivalent, and have good health with some experience in customer service. Successful students find an array of job opportunities in airline carriers across the world.

The students are also given hands on training in Firefighting and water ditching exercises. Guest speakers talk to the students giving them useful pointers.
