Avanti Studio Professional School of Artistic Design is a private for-profit career college. They began as a Modeling School and went on to offer courses in Make-Up Artistry Level I & II and Nail Technology. Avanti Studio pioneered the Clinical Esthetics Paramedical course in Canada. enabling graduates to start their own business or find jobs in advanced spas, etc. Avanti Studio is a fully accredited institution with Private Career Training Institutions Agency.
Courses offered are Esthetics Spa Professional, Clinical Esthetics Para-medical, Make up Artistry I and II and Nail Technology. These courses are taught by highly experienced and trained staff. For the Clinical Esthetics Course, students must have done Basic Esthetics, Registered Nursing, Care Aid, Medical Office Assistant, Dental Assistant, Massage Therapy, or Electrology. With this course, they have the scope to find careers in Dermatology, Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery, Out Patient Clinics, Pre and Postoperative care, Independent Clinic, Laser Centers, Advanced Skincare Spas, Medical Spas, and Vein Clinics.
Students who take up a course in Esthetics have the career options to become Spa Professionals, Licensed Estheticians, Estheticians on cruise ships, Beauty Editors, Manicurists, Retail Cosmetics, Sales Reps, Salon Owners, Assistant to Dermatologist and Esthetics Spa Director. With the demand for beauty professionals, Avanti Studio has the nail technology program where students are taught manicuring and pedicuring, gel and acrylic nails and nail wraps. Both part time and evening classes are available.
