Career School of Hair & Nails is a private institution that was established in 1978. The institution offers a variety of programs in hairstyling, nail technology as well as in manicure and pedicure.

The instructors at Career School of Hair & Nails are professionally qualified and trained experts with many years of practical experience in the field. They use theory classes as well as practical classes to give the students a well balanced education. The practicum sessions are invaluable to students as they get first hand experience of a salon environment as they work under the supervision of their qualified instructors.

The hairstyling program offered by Career School of Hair & Nails is of 1500 hours duration which takes about 10 months of full-time study. New classes commence on the 1st of every month. Students have to have a grade 12 or a GED. The program fee includes the cost of the kits, mannequins etc.

The nail technology program comprises of 390 hours or 3 months of study. The class size is limited to 4 or 6 students enabling students to get personalized attention. It also offers other interesting programs in manicure, pedicure, and make up artistry.

Successful graduates have a variety of job options from being self-employed beauticians to working in other salons, spas, hotels etc. They may also receive great offers from the world of fashion and beauty.
