Cordon Bleu Paris Ottawa Culinary Arts Institute is affiliated to Le Cordon Bleu, an international culinary school based in Paris. Le Cordon Bleu Paris was established in 1895 and currently has branches all across the word, spanning 15 countries. The Cordon Bleu Paris Ottawa Culinary Arts Institute is currently housed in the Munross Mansion, a landmark building in Ottawa that was built in 1874.

The institute takes the business of culinary arts very seriously and offers a comprehensive training program that covers all aspects of cuisine and pastry preparation. The institute exclusively covers the techniques of classic French cooking and students are trained rigorously in its basics before being encouraged to experiment with their own dishes.

The Cordon Bleu Paris Ottawa Culinary Arts Institute offers a cuisine diploma which consists of certificate courses in basic, intermediate and superior cuisine. The pastry diploma offers three certificates in basic, intermediate and superior patisserie. Le Grand Diplome course consists of both the pastry and cuisine diplomas.

The institute also offers a range of short courses for professionals looking to brush up their skills and amateurs. Courses are available for topics such as catering, sushi, vegetarian cooking and chocolate. Gourmet and demonstration sessions are also available as well as private group packages for wine tasting and a number of culinary workshops.
