Oshio College was set up in Victoria, BC, Canada in the year 1999. At present the college runs classes from first to fifth year. Oshio College was certified by the Private Career Training Institutions Agency in 2001. Today, it is the only college having a Certificate of Approval issued by the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists in Victoria. Oshio College is also the first Canadian school that features in the list of endorsed colleges by The National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in the United States. Oshio College is known for its highly competent staff having adequate experience in hospitals and clinics. The staff believes in giving individual attention to the students. For this purpose the class sizes are kept limited to small batches. This helps the instructors to provide customized attention to the students and clarify their queries. This also means that the students can work more with the patients in the clinic. The course curriculum of Oshio College is one of the best available in the industry. It ensures that the students are trained in all aspects of the profession. Students’ enrollment takes place thrice a year. You can opt for special summer semesters if you want to complete the course before time. The students graduating from the college are fully satisfied and have prospered in their respective fields. Oshio also has sister schools in China as well as in Florida where students can opt to study further after graduating from the acupuncture program of this institute.
