What is Electrical Engineering?

Electrical engineering (sometimes also called electronic engineering) deals with the study and application of electricity, electronics, and electromagnetism.

Electronic engineering is sometimes considered a separate discipline, with the focus on small-scale electronic systems such as computers and integrated circuits, and electrical engineering focusing on large-scale electrical systems such as power transmission and motor control. However, most schools in Canada merge the two together, along with computer engineering, into an electrical and computer engineering department (see article on computer engineering for more information).

About Electrical Engineering

Electrical engineering is related to computer and electromechanical engineering.
