Led by faculty with real-world experience, the MBA in Executive Management is designed for professionals who want to develop advanced business acumen and a stronger understanding of the important relationship between management, society and the environment. Strong threads of leadership, strategy, and responsibility are woven through the curriculum to position and prepare graduates to address these complex challenges in the workplace.
Students are taken through a cycle of Discover-Decide-Deliver in regards to business practices: Discover the issue; Decide on the appropriate course of action; and Deliver the results.
In all, the program includes two three-week residencies, ten courses completed online with five Virtual Experience Labs, and an Organizational Management Consulting Project (OMP). This allows working professionals to benefit from the synergy of on-campus learning and direct interaction with leading faculty members, while still meeting the demands of career and lifestyle.
The entire program takes place over 18-months. The result is accessible, high quality learning with minimal professional disruption.

Royal Roads University also offers an MBA Executive Management with a specialization in Management Consulting. This specialization is offered in cooperation with the Canadian Association of Management Consultants (CAMC) and will prepare students with qualifications to write the 'annual Comprehensive Final Exam and demonstrate their consulting experience as the final steps in attaining' the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation.
