Shiatsu School of Canada Inc. is a private career college that is registered with the Ministry of Education under the Private Career College's Act. It is also approved by the Shiatsu Therapy Association of Ontario. It offers students various programs that train them for successful careers in the field of health care. The institution offers programs full-time as well as part-time. Part-time programs are available in the evenings as well as during weekends. Full-time programs are available twice a year. It offers a variety of diploma programs such as acupuncture comprising of 1600 or 1900 hours duration, shiatsu therapy of 2200 hours duration, Chinese medicinal herbs of1900 hours duration, TCM practitioner of 900 hours duration, and doctor of TCM. Shiatsu School of Canada Inc. ensures that students are provided both theory as well as practicum classes. The practical experience that they gain helps them integrate better with their work environment. The students have to use a lab coat and buy text books as well as take up first aid and CPR programs. The tuition can be paid in monthly installments. The instructors are highly skilled and well trained experts. They have vast practical experience in their respective fields too. They supervise students while they practice in the clinic. The Shiatsu Therapy program is approved and registered under the Private Career College's Act and offers students training which combines both Western and traditional Eastern techniques.
