Keyin College offers courses in Business, Information Technology and Healthcare to people interested in finding the best jobs in the shortest possible time. Its campuses are located in St John’s, Fortune, Lewisporte, Gander, Marystown, Clarenville and Carbonear. The college was established in 1980 and offers many facilities to students. Over the years, the college has trained more than over 25,000 students.
Courses offered at the Keyin College include Business and Applied Arts, Information Technology, Health Care, Early Childhood Education, and Business Management. Other courses include Esthetics, Hairstylist, Pharmacy Technician, Adult Educations, Corporate Training and Career Preparation. A new course in Aquaculture aims to train students in aquaculture techniques and business practices.
All the courses at Keyin College include extensive practical training. The aim is to enable students get jobs the minute they graduate.
The college courses are accredited by Canadian Education and Training, Canadian Institution of Management, Canadian Youth Business Foundation and Miss Teen Achievement New Foundland.
